What we cover

Corporate and organisational work. We shoot for companies, conferences and institutions rather than weddings or private events.

Conferences and summits

Full-day coverage: keynotes, panels, poster sessions, exhibition floors, sponsor stands and the social side. One or more shooters depending on how many rooms run at once.

Corporate events

Launches, awards nights, open days, networking evenings and internal away days, shot for both press use and next year's marketing.

Team and headshots

Consistent portraits for a whole team in a single session, lit the same way so a website's about page does not look assembled from phone photos.

Workplace and product

Your space, your people at work and your product, shot as a library you can draw on across the site, decks and social for the next year.

Video and highlight films

A short highlight film from the day, speaker reels cut per session, and vertical clips sized for social from the same footage.

Speaker and sponsor sets

Edited sets grouped by speaker or sponsor, so you can send each one their own photos without anyone having to dig through a shared drive.

How a booking works

Deliberately simple. One date, one fee, one handover.

  1. Brief and date

    You tell us the date, the venue, the running order and what the photos are for. We quote a fixed fee for the day.

  2. A shot list before the day

    We agree the moments that matter: the keynote, the sponsor wall, the group shot, whoever must be photographed. Nothing important gets missed because we did not know it was happening.

  3. The shoot

    We work around the event rather than interrupting it. Discreet during sessions, direct when a group shot needs organising.

  4. Edit and delivery

    A preview selection first so you have something to post while the event is still current, then the full edited set, with the turnaround agreed when you book.

  • Delivered as web, print and social crops from the same session.
  • Full licence to use the images in your own marketing, indefinitely.
  • Grouped and named so the right photos reach the right people.
  • Video and stills can be covered on the same day.
