Founded by medical students, built on one idea: whoever makes your content should understand what you actually do. That applies to software and events as much as it does to medicine.
We kept seeing the same thing: excellent people with excellent work, and marketing produced by agencies who had to have every term explained to them. The result was content that was either technically wrong or so cautious it said nothing.
Kyros started to fix that. We understand the subject, so the work is accurate, and we take design and platforms seriously, so it is worth watching. Our work now runs from a B2B software startup to national conferences, which sounds like a strange pair until you notice both involve explaining something that takes more than a sentence.
Small team, direct contact, everything in house. The people who plan the work are the people who run the shoot and write the posts, so nothing is lost handing it between suppliers. You speak to them rather than to an account manager relaying it.
Revisions are expected, not resented. Most directions take a few rounds before they are right, and we build that into how we quote. We would rather narrow the scope and deliver it properly than promise more than we can sustain.
A team of three. Whoever you speak to is one of the people doing the work.

Anything with a real product and something complicated to explain.
Technical products made clear without being dumbed down, for founders tired of marketing that describes features nobody asked about.
Photography and video on the day, cut into content that carries the event through to the next one.
Clinicians, practices and educators who need to be visible without overstating anything.
Evidence-led products explained by people who can read the evidence.
Photography, short-form and local search for businesses that live on footfall and bookings.
Courses and teaching rebuilt for the platforms students are already using.
Tell us what you are selling or teaching, and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right studio for it.
